报告内容摘要:

Blockchain has surged in popularity recently, exemplified by bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The main feature of the blockchain technologies is to provide a secured, transparency decentralized system without the need for a trusted third party.

Due to its promising technologies, in this talk, I am going to discuss some of blockchain’s potential applications, going beyond the cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, we re-examine how secured the blockchain is using the decentralized network architecture of Bitcoin. As a result, I will highlight some potential risks of Blockchain via routing attacks and DDoS attacks.
